40 Laps

I have completed my first 40 laps around our star being. Which is a cooler way of saying I’m 40 now.

Here’s some of my current and future plans: detangle the threads of oppression and remove them from my body with love and passion, joy and sensuality.

For example: a circle of the hips done with intent can blast open a new universe. A deep breath with focus can rewire a mess of confusion into a moment of clairvoyance. A night lost in dance can shake hearts into renewed fervor.

I will continue to use my voice and my skills to show you the door that leads to your liberation. I will point you to your skills. Show you that you are the life you dream of.

I will lean into the beauty of possibility as I pierce the dark with reverence and fierce power.

I am alive, luscious, here, and engaged in life’s constant offerings. And my abs and ass have never been sexier.

Shine on you weird little pieces of walking Earth. Thank you for all you have contributed to the wild tapestry of my incarnation.
