When you KNOW

In March of 2020, I knew some shit was gonna go down. I sensed it and I was paying attention.

There was a time in my life where I would have ignored that knowing. I would have said to myself "don't bother them, don't say anything, they can handle it, they obviously know too". I would have shrunk because I didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable with my ability to see.

Well I didn't ignore that hunch in March. I reached out to the owners of the yoga studio where I teach and said we need to get on Zoom, now. We were up and zooming the same day our local shelter in place order came. So our teachers and students still had their yoga to help them through a stressful time.

I'm not saying this to toot my own horn, I'm saying this because too often those of us who know things keep quiet. We don't want to disturb people. But often, it is our knowing that can actually make a big difference.

It takes a trust in yourself to share what you know. And likely that self trust has been worn down over years of people saying "you are being too sensitive" or "don't over react" or "it's not THAT bad" or "there's no way that is true".

And there is are different kinds of knowing, and learning how to distinguish them, where they came from and why they are in you is also important.

If you are someone who just knows things or who seems to have extra senses, it is time. Time to rise into the powerful version of yourself. I have a course for you. Sensitivity is a Superpower starts September 22.
